Nicola Boulton  BSc (Hons) 

Nicola qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from Swansea University in 1995. 
 
After a period of time working for the NHS in performance management, she went back to college to study Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology, qualifying with a distinction in both in 2005.  
 
At this point Nicola's interest in Reiki was growing and following her attunements to Reiki 1st and 2nd degree in 2006, she started working in the field of energy therapy. 
 
Nicola qualified as a Reiki Master in 2012., and now uses Reiki on a daily basis and has a lived experience of its benefits and applications.  
 
There are no age limits to Reiki. Nicola treats people of all ages for a wide variety of conditions. An area that she has a special interest in is working with people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood and depression. 
 
Nicola recently completed a professional certificate in PTSD and has trained in meditation and mindfulness techniques, which are valuable tools for managing tension and stress. 
 
In her spare time, Nicola volunteers with The Brain Tumour Charity as a member of the counselling team.
