What is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial Release is a specialised manual therapy aimed at addressing the soft tissue and fascial system.

It doesn't use oils or lotions but uses sustained techniques that address the 3D matrix of fascia, aiming to create change within the whole system.

Through trauma, surgery or inflammation, fascia can become bound down, twisted and torsioned creating tension, pain and discomfort in the body far away from the injury site.

Myofascial Release looks for lines of pull, torsion and asymmetry in tissue tone and movement, and treats the whole body accordingly, not just the painful area.
