Your wellbeing is important to us, and our aim is to provide quality services to our clients in a timely manner. This requires us to operate a strict cancellation and missed appointment policy. Please call or email us as soon as you know that you will not be able to make your appointment so that a further appointment can be scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the full appointment fee. If you do not attend for your appointment this will be classed as a missed appointment and you will be charged the full appointment fee. 
 
No, not necessarily. You may consult one of our therapists/practitioners without a doctor's referral. 
 
The therapist with your permission may contact your GP or consultant discuss your problems if they think it is necessary and is of benefit for your treatment and care. 
 
Yes. At present we are an approved service provider for WPA, for physiotherapy and osteopathy treatments. We will ask you to provide us with your membership details and/or a pre-authorisation number when you book an appointment under your healthcare insurance. 
 
We ask you to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that can be easily removed if this is required for a proper examination and/or treatment. 
 
Shorts/skirts/Skorts are preferable when you have a lower body problem that needs examining and treating. Leggings/tights can be worn by women for certain problems. 
 
For upper body problems, please wear a suitable bra, sports bra or vest/crop top for women. Men can wear a vest or may be asked to remove their top fully. 
 
For certain treatments you may need to undress to your underwear for examination and subsequent treatments, for example problems with your full spine/pelvis. Please wear suitable underwear/clothing in these circumstances.

However, where possible we prefer to treat our clients in our clinics, so that practitioners have access to the facilities and equipment they need for treatments. 
 
We ensure all our practitioners are trained and qualified in their professions and hold the necessary insurance required to practice, alongside membership of their professional bodies. 
 
Yes, it is possible to speak to a therapist/practitioner prior to booking an appointment if you would like to discuss your problems beforehand. Please call one of our clinics to arrange a mutually convenient time to talk to one of our specialists.

Yes, appointments for all treatments can be booked at our clinic in Milton-under-Wychwood. You can also book a physiotherapy appointment at our clinics in Didcot and Cheltenham. 
 
Yes we do treat some children. Please call one of our clinics to discuss your child’s problems, so we can ensure they see the right therapist/practitioner if appropriate. 
 
We are currently following Government and Health England’s guidance, so it isn’t compulsory to wear a mask or any other PPE equipment at present when attending our clinics.
